These terms govern use of the Smash Syndicate progressive web application (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The App is provided to help manage sessions, queues, players, courts, and related activities. Features may change at any time. The App is offered “as is” unless your operator provides separate written guarantees.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Your operator may suspend or remove access that violates these terms or threatens the service or other users.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the App (for example: attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, or uploading malicious content).
• Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate others’ rights.
• Respect instructions from the venue or organization operating the session.

4. User content

Information you submit (such as names or session data) may be visible to admins or other participants as designed by your operator. You are responsible for having the right to share any data you provide.

5. Third-party services

The App may rely on third parties (for example authentication or cloud hosting). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; the “Last updated” date will change when they are. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance, as allowed by law.
